hmmmmm...after friday's nite trainnin i was lazy to post =]...well....saturday was suppose to go send teacher off but they say they didnt want to left me out...coz their family will be going...damn haix den saturday was a boring day luh.....sunday went shopping for bags a jp bought a zinc bag....had lunch...den go home...at home watch tv den cook dinner for sis --.....eat pasta liao jiu like tt luh...den ytd monday...haix go dunearn sec refree until like noob haix...dun wan to say lah..take 180 to bukit panjang den walk to cc from there.....went to eat cup noodle den go play match luh...play match liao jiu go eat...haha the guys all vry hyper...den lee rong go buy naughty G evryone try...nth special happen but gt 2 ppl bcome hyper haha....den they vry funny lah...reach home...bath den go slp...through the nite i cant slp...dunno y...den today wake up early 11 quite early lah...wash up use comp...vry tired...dunno whether today nid go down help out or not...sian lei....

hey hey hey haha back haha...wen was my last post?? hmm monday ryte? haha...kk i forget wat i'm suppose to post XP...lets talk abt today yea...well today woke up eat change and head to acer to get my cpu back...haix...its vry far...damn after tt had a hard time getting home coz nid carry tis heavy tingy home...bused home...reach home alrdy rush to queensway sec lah...well went there b refree die sia....i totally didn't dare to blow foul lah damn wasted...haix nvm take it as a learning 'journey'....after being the refree for the first match i didn't dare to be refree again =z...watch the b boys play well nice lah...haha after clearing up evryting head to taxi stand well waiting for my sis in law damn my phone went sot sot...keep restarting and lagging totally driving me crazy lah...damn...after tt didn't wait so head to cityhall alone was angry nearly wanted to smash the phone on the floor...but jus kept cool lah...grrrrr reach cityhall head to funan mall...go sakae sushi well ate lots of stuff XP...eat until full full den head home lah...reach home use com and update lah...tml going for band help out...haix sian lei byebye

friday...basketball day

well...last nite i didnt update or on9 bcoz i was home late...and ytd i woke up early in de morning and head to sch for some meeting well the meeting was a waste of time haha...after tt stupid meeting accompanied iffah to gek poh to buy stuff...chatted on the way there...after tt went back to sch find hao boon...haix since the oni basketball boy is there so go find him lah..after tt evryone start to come in...so went to basketball court to play...play le jiu get on the bus head to zhenghua...reach there raining abit so wait for the rain to stop lah...lucky ytd once the rain stop means stop alrdy..haha dry the court and start watching the 'c' boys play...well hao boon see him very tired den our "allen iverson" was hot keep drawing foul and scoring after 'c' boys match it was our turn...well first ball jun hao missed it den zaw went to get the rebound and hurt his ankle....so after tt zaw was sub out lah...well terry sux tt day didn't cut off de center...haix...well my lay up was still to hard and had 2-3 foul....so played correctly lah prevent foul to happen again...last quater i draw two foul...was angry....but kept my cool...well....was furious and played aggresive...after the game we had debrief well...coach wasn't happy lah...den after debrief we rest...watch de other sch play...haix...around 6+ after my break there's a job teach the pri 6 students passing...-.- was a lazy ting for me to do lah...teach liao go away...den prepare for trainin well trainin was usual tiring haha...after trainin had last match... well... miss a few balls coz was too hard...-- after tt change and go eat lah...eat le jiu head home...haha....reach home around 1140 den go bath and slp--ZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZZzzzZZZZzzzZZZzzZZzz
saturday....haha woke up around 12 wash up eat and watch tv till 1 den use comp....still tired though...

trainin day...

well after last nite's auto shut down from my com.... i went to eat my dinner and slp lah....so today woke up at 826 den see still early so slp luh den slp until the point i cnt slp i woke up and is oni 926 haix...sian luh so get out of bed and go wash up plus eat plus watch tv...den go sch for trainin luh haix....sian lei...so go find teacher chat chat...after tt go set up the board...sian rainin...so trainin at hall tts y mus set up board....after tt start our usual ting and had a long briefing...well tml's game is not gonna be easy...--
so after briefing go home...eat watch tv again bath....and use com...well tml mus go sch early for meeting sian stupid jana...time 10 am report sch fuck man...haix so tml go sch le jiu either go ZHCC alone or take bus...tired lah...so bored...can't believe i'm missing her alrdy...haix...wonder if she is having fun...byebye

welll morning...eat abit of stuff after tt head to SBC for my last match...well on the way there i gt fed up with deni and suan yong....they think its fun making me walk around tt area jus to find them well is not...went in and ignore them...so after tt did warm up....shoot afew balls and all scored lah well its the first time i could do tt...so we had a quick start coz BM ppl haven come well i did de jump ball obviously i cant jump high...so did defense lah...kana trash 104-30 haix...tagawa too too strong on shooting liao....after tt watch aaroson play so his match his team win lah den we went to eat...ate two plates of chicken rice and i was full till i cant walk haha...train home...reach home bath eat use comp...i feel kinda sad now

well today woke up at 11+ 1245 head to zhenghua...haix...sian after tt go there eat lah...den go greenridge well was the official for 'c' boys lah..after tt my turn damn!!! played like shit today i was worse den sec 1 haix...totally not me today lah jialat...den cost the team to lose to a not suppose to lose team...haix...jialat i'm so dead...

chalet!!!

wednessday morning had trainin den after tt rush to competition....so i had 3 fouls and we won lah...after tt went to chalet well first day was okae lah...went swimming and went out downtown east for dinner lah...nite time the sec 5 came so hang out with them den plan to ton wan plan until they all slp through the nite den i oni slp for 2 hrs thanks to them...so went down and see whose awake and its like 4+ in de morning...so downstair was crowded so went out slack and played passing till sun rise so sun rise le evrybody went out eat breakfast well melvin gt sick on de first day alrdy was worried abt him...so morning go swimming again den suddenly coach call den i jun wei and suan yong wait for coach lah den andy help me take ppl's number damn straight forward siol haha...sms abit lah....den go bbq shopping bought alot of stuff and started BBQing....was vry hot there i'm de magarin man the wan tt apply butter on the food....i pespired alot while doing tt haha lucky no sweat drop on the magarin and food...so eat le go swiming swim le jiu go for second round of bbq...well by tt time jun hao was sick dunno wat happen to them lah...coach drive alvin and melvin home so we all head downtown east go there walk walk den evryone was tired vry tired can see their faces....my juniors can even slp walk their way back lah power...haha reach our chalet le jiu go slp luh since no one wans to ton well tis time slpt the longest coz i was on the floor slping well andy did sumting to me tt nite and i dunno wat was it i was shocked...so 6+ wokeup coz of someone's irritating voice...go down slack and pack the area b4 check out lah...so evryone pack alrdy go check out haha on the way home chew kiat slp vry cute haa...so go home unpack evryting and go zhcc lah go there rainin den played under the rain afteer tt slack and pack evryting den go eat lah....eat le jiu go conor's hse...play till 10+ go home reach home use com...tts all

morning had trainin so head to sch first suan yong haha he brought two big bags for the chalet...zaw didnt told him it was postpone to wed haha...so trainin was normal but coach told us not to wear the jersey coz can change well i'm still dumb as usual...haha change le go bukit merah sec go there eat and fetch karney they all...so reach BAS go in saw gibson and they all....went there sit down and watch the match the previous teams were playing lah...after their match we did warm up and start the match lah...at first leading den dunno y we lose to them by 10 points....after tt chiong chiong till 54-45...haix...lose by 9 points......den tiam tiam luh...after tt sit in coach car to greenridge watch them train...den we play 4on3 well i injured someone and i felt regreted so went to sit lah...after tt went down to see the match between serangoon and dunearn....not fierce at all....after their match we pack evryting and go to ZH cc go there help out pack up tings...after tt go eat dinner....eat le den wan go play 5 on 5 but rainin den sian lah...so sit at the foyer and wait for coach after tt go home luh....on the way home alvin(mole) keep disturbing me lah...den after tt went our own seperate ways lah...reach home unpack and use com...

a normal day...did not gym today

today woke up 11+ well did not slp well last nite...so today breakfast was macdonald...ate mega mac... after tt watch tv all the way...4+ went to jp meet sis friend...den walk around so after walking around meet up with older sis for dinner ate lamb shank okae lah not so filling so after eating we chatted for awhile den head to haygendaz ate their fondue and their promotion ice cream haha it was nice lah face was black de whole day...haha...today all the waiter vry kind den felt abit awkward lah since my sis wan to celebrate jiu celebrate luh....so taken photos... gonna post them the moment i gt the pic...well tts all tml trainin in the morning....afternoon milo cup against nan hua high....first match...tuesday against greenridge (zheng hua tournament) wed chalet till friday so wun on9 by den...msg me if u wan...

tiring day and shiok day haha

k shall start in the morning woke up and wash up den go for trainin...trainin was okae lah jus hot oni...after trainin went to eat lah...eat le jiu go home...saw lik hock at bus interchange den took bus 246 tgt home...well....reached home ate two bowls of porridge and went to bath and gt ready for friendly match...went to pri sch first to see teacher...den after tt rush to mrt to go greenridge so meet gibson at south view...well zaw play the hiding game and he was behind me all the time haha....didnt noe until i and gib took de nxt train....well reached bangkit and waited for the bukit merahs....went in tgt and do warm up....today lots of rejection happen and the team red did all those rejects haha...we shut the mascot of greenridge up and wen its my turn to play i made ppl fall lah well in return i gt my old injury bleeding haha didnt notice it until i look at my arm so wiped the blood on my shirt since no cloth....den continue to play lah scored 4 goals....and i was lazy didnt raise my hand up haha....i oso wasted a file in haha coz i didnt aim properly haha...so last quater let them catch up till 71 points well we won them we gt 100+ so after the friendly head to zhenghua for trainin...learn to break full court press and i own gibson haha after trainin had trainin match was against the U19 and gt the schedule for the milo cup le...haix....this coming monday to wednessday i'll be having chalet and competition so wun on9 on those days haha....wish me luck on monday and wednessday having match on those days....well tuesday is my birthday and i'll be getting a nice birthday bash by my team mates haha....k so after trainin went to eat well i owe gibson money le haha coz of dinner nvm i'll return to him on monday....hope i dun forget yea haha....after we eat we go home le....reach home at 1103pm ate dinner sandwich....after tt went to bath and use com luh....haix missed shekyn..jus chatted awhile with her haix...so bored now alone

today woke up early for sch well reach sch help the basketball and eat lah..while eating... gana gt scolded by a staff admin and it was nice!! haha stupid blackie....think he big shot hate him man...after tt head for dnt lesson went to com lab 2 to do my grann chart....de le jius go down hear wat the coach say lah...den after tt stay back eat and waited for the rain to stop....while accompaning my friends i oso waited for someone else haha....so after she was released from her meeting went to find her and chat lah after tt wen to play with friends...haha made samuel angry today haha.... after tt jiu go home luh since it stop raining alrdy...go home watch tv den use com hahah while watching tv nearly fall aslp lah...after tt go use com luh...jus ate sushi and i'm hungry @.@ super hungry haha

well...today woke up around 11...go buy breakfast den eat and use com....left home around 215 reach there early lah and saw our opponents haha its against greenridge again....well sat there till 415 den start match haha well first wan to play lah haha...played too slacked alrdy coach dun let me play third quater and so on lah....after tt played still slow and slacky...not pushing my speed well scored two missed one haix...so lousy of me....after playing debrief for awhile well coach announce tt i go reserve and bukit merah de ppl take over coz i still vry slow and haven wake up den played match again.... well tis time....played normal lah pressured myself to play well and hard lah....after tt went to take jersey from coach car...took de rong wan coz coach gave me wrong information den nvm luh under block distribute jersey lah....after tt went for dinner eat le den gt chilli mah den put chilli inside the cup of coke...zaw nearly drank it haha anyway the coke is almost finished jus left a sip of it lah den i pour de chilli in haha....after tt went home alone...saw my fwen den like tt lah reach home bath use com haix...monday first match and cant go sentosa with pri sch friend how sad haha....in our grouping we had takawa, christ church, presbytarian high and nan hua high....dunno which wan first....well hope no match will be on tuesday... 10 nov is important to me man haha....jus hoping no match on tt day....i'm so dead....

woke up 9+ after last nites midnight oil...watch tv till 230 left hse for gym reach gym at 322 well...started off with the usual stuff trained not much coz did not have enough energy....saw the rugby fellas trainin as hard as they used to b...haix....432 left but b4 i left i did a set and i cant lift it up to five haix....i sux nvm abt tt left the gym alrdy walk to interchange take bus home totally tire to type or msg lah haha...den reach home watch tv again den use com...still tired lah no energy..-.-
