well....sick out of a sudden yea....

today woke up late coz of my slpy head...so missed the chance of doing morning joggin...woke up late....den use com lah...den felt weird so went to bathe and slp...slpt until afternoon watch tv from den on...ate dinner drank lots of water...den bath again....now feel btr but still quite sick
